I had previously spoken with several roofing contractors but Will Schrader was the only one to give me video of what my roof looked like up close.  He pointed out a couple of places where the builder cut corners and he had ideas on how to fix that.  Will and his people put us in good shape. William came over for a free inspection & estimate for any work needed. He took his time checking inside the attic & the entire roof exterior.  I felt very informed of any issues I had and they had no pressure to accept any work, even to the point of recommending me not to fix some things that were still working. We discovered our chimney was leaking and reached out to numerous companies to assess our situation. Dan from Mr. Good Roof, was one of the people who came to our property, assessed the situation and offered solutions. He was punctual and communicative. He explained, in detail, what he felt were issues that needed to be addressed short term and long-term. There was a bad storm with winds over 70 mph and it caused a lot of damage to homes all over the area. I called Mr Goodroof and the next morning, a Saturday, they were here to inspect our roof damage, which was luckily very minimal. On Monday we had our quote and by Thursday our roof was fixed. I was very impressed with the quick turn around considering the amount of people who had damaged roofs that needed repaired. I called 5 places with full voicemails, before I called Mr Goodroof and a real person answered the phone. As far as customer, I don't think we'll ever be happier with a service and repair company than we are with Mr. GoodRoof. We had a gutter repair that I let linger and get worse. John was out within 24 hours to take a look at it, and the problem was completely resolved within two hours with a call to one of his guys. Had a fantastic experience with Mr. Goodroof; had them quote a roof replacement on a new home we purchased, and unlike a lot of other companies I looked at, they had a quote back to me within 24 hrs of my request, which was quite reasonable for the size of the house. They were able to schedule within a month, and completed the job in one single day. Absolutely fantastic and easy to work with, and good work on the installation as well. After experiencing leaks in a fairly new roof, I got a reasonable estimate along with a good explanation of the proposed repair process.  Based on competitive cost and 5 year warranty, I chose this company.  They showed up when they said, worked diligently, repaired a small area of wood decking without extra charge, finished on time and cleaned up well. We bought a house and long story short, the roof "repairs" done by the previous owner were a hack job. My husband and I contacted several companies for estimates to replace the roof as the damage was irreparable. Mr GoodRoof came out next day to patch our roof until we could have it completely replaced, so we wouldn't incur further rain damage. Their price was very competitive and they did oustanding work. Tommy was thorough in explaining the types of materials they use and providing us with different options. Marcus and the rest of the crew did a fabulous job on the installation. They were efficient and the cleanup was immaculate. It was very much a pleasure doing business with them. The job Mr Good Roof did with our new roof was great! All the work was done in one day and they were careful to protect our house and driveway from debris. Our salesman William Schradar was informative and took many pictures and videos throughout the entire process. Our supervisor Owen Kilmer was also great during the install, going on the roof throughout the day and advising of the progress. They even came back to clean up the attic after the install. Our new skylight is also fantastic and of high quality (Velux). The owner Jimmy Hiller came by twice during the day just to check in with us. The actual installation crew was efficient and courteous. The work performed by Mr Goodroof was fantastic from the beginning to the 3nd of the job. Our salesperson, Daniel Kelley, was helpful and informative. He came to meet with our insurance company and assisted with that entire process. On the day of the i stall, we met Owen Kilmer, who was very helpful and communicative as the process of the day unfolded for the installing of the roof. Received a  quote for wrapping fascia and new soffits. We accepted the quote and were given a start date. We had a few issues along the way (mostly due to system changeovers and new in-house crew) including communication and eventually a complete removal and redo of the job . The salesperson, the project manager, and the owner made personal trips to our home to address the issues and agreed that the quality of work was not to their standard. They were very nice and the customer service was amazing. The issues were resolved with great results. Every employee we interacted with was pleasant. This goes to show that most companies will have issues when change occurs but as long as you focus on customer service, you will almost always have happy customers.
