Les Norris and his crew made getting my roof replaced an easy, great experience. He was the out to quote it the same day I called for one and out to put it on before the timeline he gave me. He called and let me know everything to make sure it was okay with me. He and his crew are super knowledgeable about roofing and I couldn't be happier with the work and professionalism they provided to me. Everyone from the lady I spoke to in the office and the men putting the roof on were super nice and professional. Les Norris is going to be my go-to recommendation for anyone needing a roof! Also to add, Les was the only person to sit down with me and show me all of his information and exactly what he would use on my house as well as provide all the material for me to keep and review. 5 stars on all fronts from me!

Phenomenal work! Got the job done in a day and were the epitome of courtesy. Les was straightforward, honest, and up front the whole way through from start to finish. They certainly made every effort to be as accommodating as possible and were sure to clean up very well. We used Les Norris for installation of a new roof on our property in May 2019. I don't write reviews often so I am just getting around to this, but Les was so professional that I wanted to go out of my way to leave this review nearly 3 years later because they did such a great job. Timely, professional, quality work. Les did what he said he would do and nowadays not many people say what they mean and mean what they say and we really appreciated not having to worry about people following through. We will definitely use his services again!

I'm so pleased with the new roof Mr. Norris installed for me after mine received storm damage. I was most impressed with his professionalism when he came to inspect the damage. He provided a packet of information including his insurance certificate, shingle examples and warranty information. He also provided a detailed quote, which my insurance company required making the entire transaction go smoothly. On job day, Mr. Norris and his crew arrived early and stayed until after dark making sure the job was finished and everything cleaned up. I highly recommend Les Norris Roofing to anyone needing a new roof or repairs to their existing roof.
